Hi, my name's Bryan

At 58 I want to stay strong, mobile and independent for as long as possible. That's what led me to build Rep Longevity.

I found myself reading more about healthy ageing, following people such as Bryan Johnson, and paying closer attention to the role that exercise plays in long-term health. One thing became clear very quickly: strength training is one of the most valuable things we can do as we age.

Why I built the app

When I started looking for a workout app that reflected that mindset, I struggled to find one. Most fitness apps seemed to be designed for younger audiences — bodybuilding, extreme performance goals, endless features, social challenges, streaks and constant notifications. I wanted something simpler.

Workout tracker for longevity

A workout tracker for people who want to stay strong, maintain muscle, move well and remain independent for as long as possible. An app that would be just as useful to a woman in her sixties as it would be to a man in his fifties. An app focused on consistency rather than perfection. Because I couldn't find it, I decided to build it.

I hope Rep Longevity helps you build a simple, sustainable training habit that supports your strength, mobility and independence over time.

How The App Will Develop

Rep Longevity will continue to improve, but I have no interest in turning it into a bloated fitness app packed with features that most people never use. The aim is to add things that are genuinely useful for steady, long-term training. Future development will be shaped by feedback from you.

Watch Integration

Connect with popular fitness watches and health platforms so training and health data live in one place.

Smarter AI Support

AI only where it adds value — create routines, adjust workouts, import plans, and understand progress. Not a substitute for judgement or professional advice.

Exercise Video Library

Replace YouTube links with clear form-focused exercise videos over time.

Better Progress Tracking

Clearer charts and insights — useful feedback, not vanity metrics.

What Rep Longevity Won't Become

No Bloat

No social feeds, challenges, leaderboards, badges, gamification, or dozens of unused tools. Every feature should help you stay strong, maintain muscle, move well, and train consistently.

No Interruptions

Only essential account and system notifications. No streak alerts, engagement campaigns, or motivational prompts designed to pull you back into the app.

Recommendations & Feedback

Rep Longevity is still being built and improved. If you have an idea, spot a problem, or think something could work better, I'd genuinely like to hear from you. Every suggestion is read and considered.
