These Terms of Use explain the rules for accessing and using Rep Longevity (the "App").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, creating an account for, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Description of the App

The App is a fitness tracking application that allows users to create workout routines, log workouts, record sets and repetitions, track progress, and access training-related content and tools.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information; maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes; attempt unauthorised access; interfere with operation or security; reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the App except as permitted by law; or use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Health Disclaimer

The App provides fitness and workout tracking tools for informational and personal use only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional healthcare services. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program. Use of the App is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, design, branding, text, graphics, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or used the App unlawfully. You may stop using the App at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the App. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, breach of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
