Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Rep Longevity app (Strength 50+, Android package com.bryan.replongevity), a gym planner for adults over 50, collects and how it is used.

1. Account and sign-in

We use Supabase to provide sign-in. You can use the app with an anonymous account, or sign in with Google, Apple, or an email address and password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the basic account details that provider shares for sign-in (such as your email address) so we can identify your account. If you use email and password, we store your email address and Supabase handles your password securely.

2. Onboarding information

When you set up the app, we ask for your name, age range and gender. We use these to personalise the app. Your gender is also used to choose which exercise images are shown to you.

3. Workout data

The workouts, routines, exercises, sets, reps, weights and progress you enter are stored in Supabase so the app can save and sync them for you.

4. AI routine builder

If you use the AI routine builder, the prompt you type is sent through our Supabase server function to OpenAI, which generates a routine for you. OpenAI acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not send personal identifiers to OpenAI beyond whatever you type into the prompt, so please avoid including personal details you do not want shared. AI-generated routines are not medical advice.

5. Error reports

If the app hits an error, it may send an error report to help us fix problems. Error reports include technical details such as the device platform and app version.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are sold through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never see or store your card details. We receive only the subscription status needed to unlock paid features.

7. How we use and share information

We use your information only to run the app: to sign you in, store your workouts, fix errors and provide subscription features. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the app (Supabase, Google, Apple and OpenAI), or where required by law.

8. Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete it and confirm when it is done.

9. Children

Rep Longevity is intended for adults and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
